Low-carb inside out Chicken Cordon Bleu

Main Dish1 Rotisserie Chicken, Boned and Skin removed, shredded12 slices Lean Smoked Ham6 slices Swiss CheeseSauce (Optional)1/4 cup Mayonnaise (Light)2 Tbsp yellow mustard1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp. agave or honey
lay out ham slices and top with 1/2 piece of swiss cheese (should cover 1/2 the ham), and then add shredded chicken. (Recipe is calculated by dividing one normal size rotisserie chicken between 12 roll-ups, so approximately 2-3oz. per bundle). Roll up ham bundles, secure with toothpick, and place them in a 9x13 dish, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375° for 25 Minutes until cheese is melted and Ham has slightly browned.
While bundles are cooking:
Mix together sauce ingredients with whisk and let sit.
Once bundles are cooked, Let cool for 5-10 minutes and drizzle with sauce before serving.
