Ingredients:1 cup uncooked Eden Organic Red Quinoa 1 package Birds Eye recipe ready grilling blend1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Raw1 TSP Grated Fresh Ginger 1/4 cup Coconut Water (or tap water can be used )
Directions
Cook Quinoa using package directions, Microwave Grilling Blend vegie for 3-5 minutes and add to cooked quinoa, stir in coconut water, grated ginger and pumpkin seeds.


Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup+ 1 table spoon serving.
