Ingredients
4 Egg whites3 whole eggs1 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2salt and pepper to tastedash mustard powder1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese - grated2 Tbsp hard cheddar cheese - grated2 garlic cloves - grated1 Cup Zucchini - gratedFresh chivesFresh Dill (optional)
Directions
mix all together and spray muffin pan (or paper cups, may still want to spray them). Pour into muffin cups and back at 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
