Spanish Rice

Ingredients
4 slices Bacon, chopped1 Bell Pepper, chopped2 large stalks of Celery, chopped1 large Onion, chopped1 lb. Ground Beef1 cup long grain White Rice1.5 Tbsp. Gebhardts Chili Powder2 8-oz. cans Tomato Sauce1 8-oz can Water
Directions
Chop bacon, onion, celery and bell pepper. Brown in skillet until bacon is half cooked. Add ground beef, rice and chili powder and fry until meat is brown. Add tomato sauce and water. Cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 20-30 minutes on low heat. Stir several times adding more water if necessary.
