Srirach homefries with swiss chard

two medium onions sliced thinly, (like half moons)two cloves of garlictwo medium or five small potatoesone T of herbed olive oil, or olive oil and herbsone pat of butterhalf of a head of chard, or more to taste, slice finely. herbssalt and pepper1 tsp paprika, for color1 tsp of sriracha, or more to taste
Slice onions thinly, heat butter and olive oil in the pan with the herbs, and sriracha.
Cook onions until translucent, and then add garlic, and potatoes.
Cook potatoes until mostly done.
Add chopped chard, cook until wilted.
Add more herbs, salt pepper, or sriracha if needed.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
