Pineapple Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped, seeded watermelon (do not puree)1 c crushed pineapple, drained well1 c sweet onion, minced1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro1 Hungarian Hot Pepper, minced1/4 c orange juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients, stirring well to incorporate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This is a great salsa for grilled fish or added to a tossed veggie salad.
