Mediteranean Warm Rice Salad with Brie

Ingredients
1/4 jar of drained Tesco's Roasted Red Pepper (in a jar)2 mushrooms sliced1/2 a small onion thinly sliced150g of cooked cold rice in a wide dish25g of brie (you could substitute feta cheese)1/2 teaspoon of paprikaseasoning
Directions
Heat a non stick frying pan.
Put in the peppers (the bit of oil coating the peppers is enough to finely coat the other ingredients)
Add the onions and mushrooms.
Stir and cook until onions are mushrooms are cooked.
Sprinkle the paprika over the vegetables. Cook for 1 minute more.
Pour vegetables over rice.
Break up brie into bits over the warm vegetables.
Season to taste.
