Balsamic roasted vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 of a large red onionmedium zucchinimedium yellow squash4 medium yukon gold potatoes 4 large carrots 3 tablespoons olive oil3 tablespoons balsamic vinegarcoarse salt
Directions
cut all vegetables into chunks, roughly the same size
combine vegetables with oil and vinegar
pour into single layer in rating pan
salt to taste
spray pan with cooking spray
roast at 350degrees for 35 minutes
