Directions
Mill the flax seed (works great if you are using the Nutri-Bullet or any other device capable of 'milling'), blend one scoop of Iron Whey into the ground flax, add frozen strawberries, slather yogurt over top, add roughly 2 cups of milk or until blender is to desired amount, turn on blender until you can see the flax and protein mixed from the bottom...Enjoy!
