2lbs. Red Potatoes1 Med. Onions Cut into 1" pieces4Tbsp. HCF Canola Oil1 tsp. Paprika2 Tbsp. Garlic powder.5 tsp. Salt2 Tbsp. Italian Style Grated Blended Cheese.25 tsp. Black Pepper
Cut potatoes in quarters and Onion in 1" pieces, and place in a 8x8 baking dish. Mix canola oil and the rest of the ingredients (except Italian Style Grated Cheese) in mixing bowl and pour over potatoes and toss until all potatoes and onions are covered. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 50 min. Then uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
