Ingredients
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular Spread (Stick), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove) Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove) Stouffer's Animal Cracker Cookies (16 each or 1.1 oz), 168 gram(s) (remove) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove) Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove) Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 2 serving (remove) Flour, white, .25 cup (remove) Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 6 tsp (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) Truvia Natural Sweetener, 168 grams (remove) Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Melt butter in an 8 inch square pan. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Pat over bottom and onto sides of dish. Set aside.
2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, eggs, flour, lemon juice, vanilla, 2/3 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared crust.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is firm. Allow to cool completely.
