Balsamic Glaze (homemade)

1 C balsamic vinegar1/4 cup light brown sugar
Directions
Combine vinegar and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, then periodically until mixture is reduced by half. Store leftover glaze in the fridge.
