Spagetti Squash tofu cheesy burger

Ingredients
4 cups cooked and stranded spaghetti squash6 ounces hamburger cooked into crumbles0.5 cups of shredded Italian cheeses0.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheeseone block mori nu silken lite tofu firm one half jar of sun dried tomatoessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
blend the tofu and sundried tomatoes into a sauce
brown the meat
mix the ingredients, place in 375 oven or microwave until hot and bubbly.
