Ingredients
Lentils, 2 cup Spinach, fresh, 4 cupLow Sodium Vegetable Broth, 4 cups Onions 2 medium Mushrooms 1 cup piecesCabbage 1 cup, shredded Garlic minced, 3 tsp Water, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Directions
cook onions and garlic in olive oil, add mushroom, cabbage. Cook 5 minutes - add Vegetable broth, lentils, and water. Cook 30 minutes. Add Spinach and cook 30 more minutes
