Frozen cauliflower (2 bags great value brand)4 tbsp salted butter1/4 cup almond milk
Directions
steam or microwave cauliflower
add cooked cauliflower, butter, almond milk, and salt and pepper to blender and blend until desired consistency.
Serve.
