500g cubed lamb400g chopped potatoes70g dried apricots1 x 350g Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Tagine Sauce
Directions
Season and brown the lamb. Pour the sauce, tomatoes, and apricots over. Stir well and cook on low for 6 hours.
