Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
Fresh mushrooms (about 40)1lb. Ground Italian Sausage8oz. Cream Cheese1 can of Rotel1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Brown Sausage.
2. Mix in Rotel & Cream Cheese until saucy.
3. Pull out mushroom stems, and scoop out gills.
4. Put mixture into mushrooms & top with mozzerella cheese.
5. Bake at 300 for about 30 mintues.

    You can find it by the canned tomatoes. It's kind of like salsa.
