Slow Cooker Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
80/20 ground beef chuck Pork, fresh, ground, raw Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A White Rice, long grain, cooked Onions, raw Egg white, large Cabbage, fresh Tomato Sauce Brown Sugar Lemon Juice
Directions
Cook rice according to directions on box, set aside.
In a large bowl combine ground beef and ground pork. Mix well. Add in rice, eggs, onions, milk, salt and pepper.
In a large pot bring water to a boil and add in cabbage leaves. Cook for 2 minutes until cabbage leaves are limp. Remove from water, drain.
Remove 1 leaf at a time, cut out thick stem, lay on cutting board or flat surface and fill will approx. 1/4 cup of meat mixture. Roll up cabbage leaf, tucking in all sides, being careful not to tear the leaf.
Place in the bottom of a slow cooker or crock pot. Continue to make cabbage rolls and layer in cooker.
In a separate bowl combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Once all cabbage rolls are made, pour tomato sauce mixture over the top. Cook on Low 8-9 hours.
