Ingredients
5 6.5 oz Fish, Swai Fillet 1 cup GV Plain Bread Crumbs 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 1/2 cup Italian Style Grated Blended Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder 1/8 tsp Pepper, black 1/4 tsp Salt 3 Tbsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning 1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Combine your Plain Bread Crumbs, Flour, Grated Italian Cheese Blend, Garlic & Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper and Creole Seasoning in a bowl or large plastic bag.

Mix Egg & Water in a shallow baking dish.

Dip to coat Swai Fillets in Egg & Water mixture. Then drop fillet into bag and gently shake to coat both sides evenly. Do this to EACH fillet individually.

Pre-heat oven to 350
Spray Baking Dish with Cooking Spray. Then lay each fillet onto pan.
Bake 10-15 minutes, then turn fillets over & bake another 10-15 minutes.
