.25 medium Onions, raw CHOPPED.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper CHOPPED.25 small Peppers, sweet, red, fresh CHOPPED1 medium Zucchini, baby 1 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz. diced small.25 tsp Cumin seed crushed1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 2 serving Spanish Rice Homemade 4 tbsp Picanti Sauce - Pace Hot 1 serving HEB MEXICAN BLEND CHEESECRISCO SPRAY
Directions
In a medium skillet cook first 4 ingredients until soft. add seasoning
stir to blend, add rice and picanti stir to blend. smoth top caver with cheese.
bake in 350* oven for 15 minutes.
