8 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 oz Smoked Ham Hock (by KYDERBY1) 6 serving Collard Green Leaves 3.5oz (by ERINSPARKPEOPLE) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Heat broth
Add rest of ingredients (add more broth if needed, should cover greens)
Bring to boil
Reduce heat
Simmer 3 hours
Remove bay leaves
