1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 cup Buttermilk, lowfat .333 cup Granulated Sugar 0.25 cup Canola Oil .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry. Mix together. Pour into 9 inch square pan sprayed with baking spray. Bake about 22 mins at 350 degree oven.
