2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving bell pepper saute (by MELLENLATTA) 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 3 serving Pam Butter Flavor cooking Spray Fat Free (by SANDELEE)
Directions
spray mug with Pam
beat eggs in the mug
add saute peppers and onions in mug
microwave for 1 minute, stir eggs and microwave another minute, add salt and pepper to taste
