E's Homemade Queso Dip

Ingredients
3 tbsp Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 3 tbsp Blue Bonnet Margarine 1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 2 cup Milk, 1% 26 tbsp Salsa - Tostitos All Natural Chunky Salsa (medium)
Directions
Melt butter in a sauce pot. Stir in flour until it forms a paste. Do not brown the butter and flour. Slowly stir in milk, a little at a time, until both cups are in. Continue nonstop stirring until sauce thickens to a rich cream consistency and coats the back of a spoon thickly. Stir in cheese slowly until melted then add in salsa. Serve warm with tortilla chips!
