.25 serving Monterey Jack Cheese Slices Sargento (by MANZMOM) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 25 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land’s Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams) .5 large Egg white, fresh 0.1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .5 1tsp Olive Oil 1 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon
Directions
cook veggies in olive oil, place aside, whip egg and egg white, place in non stick pan w/non stick spray, flip over when desired, add veggies and cheese warm until melted
