3 oz Ground Pork 16 oz Ground beef 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 1 large Onions, raw 3 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Steam cabbage and gently peel off 12 leaves, put in iced water to stop them from cooking. Chop rest of cabbage and add to rest of veggies and other ingredients in pot for sauce. Wrap meet into leaves and bake in oven at 350 for half an hour while sauce simmers. To serve, spoon two rolls per bowl and spoon sauce over top.
