Au's No-Bake Red Velvet Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 serving Graham Crackers Honey Maid Honey Grahams Nabisco (GS) 8 crackers= 2 full sheets 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Sour Cream 0.25 cup Butter, unsalted 2 serving Hot Chocolate - Swiss Miss Dark Chocolate Sensation (by BLEWISE) 1 oz Red Food Coloring (by MARVINJE) 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Directions
For the crust:
+ Put the crushed grahams and melted butter in a bowl and mix.
+ Spread the mix in the pa evenly.
+ Put in the chiller for one hour

For the filling:
+ In a bowl, put the cream cheese, sour cream, red food coloring and cocoa powder and mix until the texture becomes smooth.
+ Gently fold the whipping cream
+ Pour the filling in the crust and put in the freezer for 4 hours

Optional: Whipped cream and sliced almonds for the topping
