Chocolate Chip Pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients
2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) .125 fl oz Milk, 1% 4 serving Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix,(1/2 c dry) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap (adjust to your consistency preferences) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 2 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet) 1 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Directions
Mix pumpkin, milk, and seasonings in bowl
Add pancake mix and water ( add water gradually to ensure correct consistency, adjust ass needed)
Use either non stick pan or griddle
Pour 1/4 of mix in pan sprinkle about 1/2 tap of chocolate chips on top and let cook about 2-4 minutes, until edges start to look cooked
Flip (carefully) with spatula (the wider the better)
Cook another 2 minutes

Serve with butter and sugar free Mrs. Butterworth butter flavored syrup mmmmmmm....
