Healthy Vegan Wheat-Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour (you can put a cup of oats in the blender or food processer and make this yourself)3/4 cup date sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp allspice1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup water1 tbsp blackstrap (or regular) molasses1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup raisins1 cup oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Stir to combine flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder, spices, and salt. Without stirring, pour in oil, water, molasses, and vanilla. Stir to combine. Stir in raisins and oats. Form into rounded teaspoons and put on a parchment lines baking sheet. Flatten with your hand. Bake for about ten minutes, let cool (ok, not a requirement,) and enjoy!
