apple oat breakfast muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oats1 apple, diced and peeled1 egg.5 c applesauce1 tsp. cream of tartar.5 tsp. baking soda2 T ground flaxseed.25 c wheat germ.25 cup wheat bran.5 c sugar
Directions
mix everything together, and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes, and serve warm. Makes 6 large breakfast muffins.
