Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup evaporated milk1 stick light margarine
Directions
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk and margarine. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over cake. It will thicken as it cools.

This icing would work well on ice cream or on other desserts as well. I used it on a butter pecan cake but would work great on any spice, yellow or carrot cake.

For 16 serving in a 13 x 9 cake pan, the icing would add 2 WW points to your dessert.

I put this over a chocolate fudge cake. It wasn't very healthy at all, but it sure was tasty! - 10/15/09
