Kale Greens

Ingredients
5 Cups Kale Greens, chopped4 Tsp Garlic, minced1/2 Onion, chopped1/4 Cup Olive oil1 Cup Water
Directions
Heat oil and saute onion and garlic, when lightly browned add Kale, toss, add water and cover, simmer on med heat, stirring occasionally until greens have turned a dark green color.
