Roasted chicken salad sandwiches

Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 serving Apple - Pink Lady .5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) .33 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 12 slice Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain) 1 tsp Pepper, black .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Chop up chicken, celery, and apple into small pieces and add to mixing bowl. Stir in cranberries, parmesan cheese & black pepper. Add mayonnaise to the rest of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
