16 oz Beef, top sirloin 0.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry .3 cup, grated Carrots, raw .3 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Parsley 0.5 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard .25 tsp Wyler's Sodium Free Chicken Flavor Boullion Powder (by STEPH2003) .25 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce (by 38HEATHERS) .25 tsp Paprika
Mix carrots, celery, onion, tomato sauce, rolled oats, parsley, spices and egg together.
Add beef and combine lightly.
Put in 9x5 pan lined with foil.
Bake at 375 for one hour.
Allow to stand 5 minutes.
Cut into six slices.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings
