0.25 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 0.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 cup Zuchini Squash (by SPRINTER1104) 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 30 gram(s) Sriacha Sauce, Skycall (by SKYCALL) 1 tbsp ground Tumeric (by LESLIEB33) 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.25 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR) 14 gram(s) Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g (by DOTSLADY) 1.5 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
Saute Onions with KerryGold butter and Sriacha Sauce. Add Coconut Milk and Chicken Broth. Add Zucchini and Broccoli. Add seasonings to taste. Cook for 20 minutes. Blend with an immersion blender. Top with hemp hearts.
