Ingredients
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (rPam Organic Canola Oil cooking Spray, 0.27 gram(s)
Directions
This makes one large serving:
Grill Chicken prior or use left over chicken breast.
Cut Chicken in thin strips
Cut Celery in thin slices
Cut both onion and green pepper in strips.
Spray fry pan with Cooking Spray and heat pan, then add all vegetables first, and add the chicken on top. Add Soy Sauce and saute until aldente or to your doness.
