Creamy Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless1/2 cup salsa - you pick the heat!1/3 cup light sour cream
Directions
Simmer chicken in Salsa until no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through - don't boil!

Serve over rice or pasta.
