Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 3.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Brown beef with peppers, stir in rest of ingredients put in 9"x13" baking dish 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
