Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
2-3 Zucchini 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning Blend Pinch or two of Salt
Directions
Cut Zucchini into 3-inch lengths. Then cut each longwise to open the flesh.
Spray both sides lightly with olive oil (or a very light drizzle if you don't have a spray bottle for oil).
Sprinkle the inside of zucchini very lightly with salt and liberally with Mrs. Dash seasoning of your choice. (or fresh ground pepper)
Place zucchini flesh-side down on the grill at medium heat. Turn to skin-side after about 8 minutes and grill for another 8 minutes or until grill marks are as you desire.
