Wild Ginger Snapper and Honeyed Sweet Potatoes

Wild Snapper, Harbor Seafood, 4 oz serving, 12 oz Makoto Ginger Dressing, 7 tbsp *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1/2 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 3 cloves Sesame Oil, 1.5 1tsp Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 2 largeI Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Squeeze, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Honey, 1/2 tbspVanilla Extract, 2 tsp*Silk Soy Milk, .125 cup (2 Tbls)
1. Rub the fish in the sesame oil. Add light salt and pepper. Marinade the fish in the ginger dressing for 1/2 - 1 hour.
2. Bake potatoes at 350 for 1 hour, remove from skin, and mash with a fork. Add margarine, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, soy milk and honey. Mash. Add mixture to a foil pan (rub with olive oil or Pam) and add to broiler for last 5 minutes of broiling fish.
3. Place fish on broiler rack, brush with marinade, flip and repeat. Add sesame seeds for last couple minutes in broiler.
4. Serve with a side salad or veggie.
