Mediterrean Sauce with Shrimp

Ingredients
ShrimpGarlicShallotsOlive OilHunt's No Salt Tomatoe SauceCapersOlivesAnchoviesFresh Mint
Directions
Saute shallots and garlic in oil.
Add anchovie until it is almost melted.
Add tomatoe sauce.
Add capers and sliced olives
Add 1 tbl. fresh mint.
Let simmer for 15 minutes and then add your shrimp near the very end, just to heat them thru.

This makes enough for one individual serving.

The sauce part is also good over a baked potatoe or any other fish you have on hand.
