Ingredients
2 cup multigrain rotini pasta1 med red tomato, chopped1 tbsp olive oil, seperated1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp rosemary, dried1/2 tbsp parmesan, shredded
Directions
(Makes 2 one-cup servings)
While cooking pasta, mix chopped tomato, rosemary, garlic powder, and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in bowl. When you have only about 3 minutes left on your pasta, sauté ingredients in bowl. Add pasta to mixture, adding the remaining olive oil and 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese. VIOLA, a healthy alternative to an Italian classic.
