Slow Cooker Pizza with Brown Rice Pasta

1 lb. ground turkey sausage1 large onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 lb. brown rice spaghetti1 cup sliced mushrooms32 oz. spaghetti or pizza sauce1.5 cup grated cheddar cheese1.5 cup grated mozzarella cheese1 cup water
Brown turkey sausage and onions. Layer half of each in the following order:
1. meat & onions
2. green pepper
3. Pasta
4. Mushrooms
5. Sauce
6. Cheddar cheese
7. Mozz. Cheese
8. Repeat layers, ending with cheeses
9. Pour water over all.
Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
*Keep pasta covered with sauce so that the noodles don’t dry out
Serving Size: makes 8-10 servings
