Ingredients
8 oz Bolthouse Farms Carrot Juice 500 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .33 cup Parsley 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Directions
Put carrot juice, tomatoes, and lemon juice into food processor or blender and process gently until combined.
Add the sliced celery along with the scallions, parsley, and process until smooth.
Serve at once.
