Ingredients
.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 2 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 0.5 cup Tomato Paste 2 cup Lentils 2 cup Beans, red kidney 4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 1 large Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 12 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 0.25 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR)
Directions
Chop all ingredients and boil 1 1/2 - 2 hours on stove. Start with the lentils first, as they take awhile to cook.
