8 cups broccoli, chopped and steamed1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 1/3 cups brown rice2 cups diced tomatoes, drained2 cups tomato sauce1 tsp cumin seed 1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Preheat oven to 325 degrees convection.
Cook rice as per package instructions. Mix with all other ingredients in a large casserole dish.
Cook uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes.
