11.50 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 326 Roasting Chicken, dark meat 1 cup Bob's Red Mill organic whole grain quinoa (1/4cup dry) 2 tbsp no name 40%less sodium soy sauce 14 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
cook quinoa the day before and leave in fridge
stir fry together
