Sausage Pizza Portabello Mushroom caps

4 serving Portabella Mushroom (1 cap-85g) (by BYEBYEMUFFINTOP) 4 serving "Great Value" Pork Sausage Patties, Spicy (1 cooked patty) (by LRBARRIOS) .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .25 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Heat oven 400. Clean gills and stems out of caps. Rub with olive oil on both sides. Salt and pepper. Heat sausage patty in microwave until just warm. Add about a Tbl of sauce to each cap. I stirred some basil, garlic and onion powder into the sauce. Chop of each sausage patty into each cap. Dice peppers sprinkle in each cap, top with .25 cup pf cheese. Bake in oven 15 mins
