Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pound Laura's Lean Ground Beef1 packet El Paso Taco Seasoning1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese4 Tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream4 Tbsp Muir Glen Organic Salsa1/4 cup crumbled Baked Tositos6 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
Directions
Cook beef according to instructions on taco seasoning packaging. Take 3 cups shredded lettuce and place on plate, top with 1/4 cup cheese, half the crumbled Tostitos, 2 tbsp. salsa, and 2 tbsp. sour cream. Take 4 oz of cooked beef and add to top of salad mixture. Enjoy!

Makes 2 servings, with some left over meat.
