Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast 1/4 c Honey Mustard 1 cup Bread crumbs plain 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F.

Cut chicken into 1 inch nuggets. Pat dry with paper towel and coat with honey mustard. (A basting brush works well.)

Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish. Roll nuggets in seasoning to coat completely, then place on baking sheet.

Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
